Our policy

What a notice must include
To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include:
- your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them;
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or a representative list if there are several;
- the material you believe is infringing, with enough information for us to find it in Setavaria;
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material and take reasonable steps to promptly tell the person who added it, where we can identify them. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
Counter-notice
If material you added was removed or access to it was disabled, and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send our designated agent a written counter-notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before that;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and phone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which BetaTCG, Inc. may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we promptly send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them we will restore the material, or re-enable access to it, in 10 business days. We then restore it no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we received the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the claimed infringement.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

For anything else, email legal@betatcg.com. Notices sent to other addresses may not be handled as quickly.
